The Tiny Bit Better Deck contains 52 cards.

Each card contains one gentle suggestion for you—one tiny thing you could do, today, to make your life feel a tiny bit better.

If you’re experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, loss, heartbreak, low self-esteem, fatigue, exhaustion, overwhelm, feeling stressed, or just not feeling good for any reason, this deck was created for you.

Inside this deck, you will not find suggestions like, “have a dance party in your living room!” because let’s be real, when you’re feeling completely awful, a jubilant dance party is just…not going to happen.

You will find suggestions like, “open a window to let some fresh air into the room” and “brush your teeth” and “clean your phone to get rid of smudgy fingerprints” and “make yourself a warm, comforting beverage” and other small, realistic steps that you can probably convince yourself to do. (These tiny steps really do make a difference.)

This deck was created by several people who have experienced intense grief and sorrow firsthand, and who understand what you might be feeling right now. We know that sometimes, life is really tough, everything feels overwhelming, and you don’t have the capacity to do big, demanding things. All you can do is the bare minimum. If that’s where you’re at right now, that’s okay. Tiny steps add up. The tiniest little action step can make your day feel significantly better.

Our tiny hope

We hope this deck helps you feel a tiny bit calmer, a tiny bit steadier, a tiny bit stronger, and a tiny bit more hopeful than before.
