How many times do you start scrolling through Instagram, only to feel like you aren’t doing enough?

Or even worse! You have been working on an idea for months and then right before you launch yours, someone else launches something similar.

Cue your Inner Bullies: fear, self-doubt, insecurity, shame, and blame + guilt. In an instant, these Bullies are ready to help you beat yourself up and send you down the spiral of negative self-talk.

Your Inner Bullies might say:

You are not good enough.

Something is bound to go wrong, I know it.

Look, they did it better.

Even worse, those Inner Bullies might hit at your deepest insecurities:

You don’t have a degree or the credentials.

Why does it seem like everyone is doing better than me?

One of the most common judgments you may be hearing is that:

You are just not doing enough.

These Bullies will help you doubt, judge, and criticize your abilities, your purpose, and your why. All that hard work you are doing for your business on a daily basis starts to feel like you are never going to be able to do enough to be the brand you desire to be.

In the You Are Doing Enough Program, you will learn how to:

  • Defy comparing yourself and your work to other creatives

  • Lower your stress and anxiety around your work

  • Stand up to your Inner Bullies (Fear, Self-Doubt, Insecurity, Shame, Guilt + Blame)

  • Challenge imposter syndrome by understanding who you are as a creative; your gifts and talents, and your values

2 week email program includes:

1 email a day with actionable prompts from ta'lor
