Which types of recipes are included in the cookbook?
This cookbook is focused on slow cooker recipes that can be prepped ahead of time and frozen for months. The recipes are evenly divided into four categories: Beef, Poultry, Pork, and Vegetarian.
Are the meals easy to make?
Yes! Every recipe can be frozen without any cooking ahead of time. They’re simple, healthy, and easy to make. Most recipes have 10 ingredients or less and are available at most local grocery stores.
Will the recipes work for kids, special diets, etc.?
The cookbook recipes are very similar to the ones that I share on my blog and with my email list, and they’re approved by my picky family of seven. Most of the recipes will work as-written for special diets and the others should be easy to modify.
Are photos of the meals included?
Every single recipe includes a photo of the cooked meal OR a freezer meal. You’re going to love all the photos!
Are grocery shopping lists included?
I think it would be cumbersome to take a 210-page cookbook to the store, so shopping lists are not included. However, I love a good “bonus”, so if you make a purchase this week, you will receive a printable pdf with my 10 favorite recipes and a full shopping list.

Each recipe page displays the amount of fat, sodium, carbohydrates, sugar, and protein per serving.
